Ideally, you whould complete 3 sessions on consecutive days, with no longer than 24 hours between sessions. Sessions can be done on the same day, with no fewer than 2 hours in between sessions. For chronic conditions, multiple sessions will be required for optimal results. Individual sessions are only for acute issues or a "tune up" in between regular sessions.
